I only took 1/2 of the recommended dose each day, not always consistently, and I felt refreshed in the morning when I opened my eyes. It reminded me of the days of my youth, after taking a short nap. I have my second order, and I will take the recommended dose more consistently to see if I get the mental clarity I'm looking for, along with feeling refreshed in the morning. To be continued...
