Other Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Spring Water

We prepare our Adaptogenics Extract using Organic and Wild Harvested herbs only.
Dosing
Suggested Use
Shake Well Before Using
30-60 drops under the tongue or in 2 oz of water 1-3 times a day.

I am completely sold on the benefits of every product from this store, I feel more solid if that makes sense, I am mixing my orders but mainly use the 7 mushrooms, Adaptogenics and pine pollen, I have used the liver kidney one also.
