Wild Cherry Bark, Stinging Nettle, Mullein, Pine Needle, Hyssop, Horehound, Pleurisy Root, Lobelia, Elecampane, Marshmallow Root, Yarrow, Star Anise, Yerba Santa, Red Sage, Thyme, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Ashwagandha Root, Licorice Root
Other Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Spring Water
Dry herb / menstruum ratio:1:4
We prepare our Respiratory Extract using Organic and Wild Harvested herbs only.
Dosing
Suggested Use
Shake Well Before Using
30-60 drops under the tongue or in 2 oz of water 1-3 times a day.

The respiratory tincture is outstanding, I recently had to use it, due to some cleaning in my basement, and dust ignites my allergies.
